Session Subscription Requirements
We welcome ambitious people of all ages and experiences, who are eager to learn, grow, achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.

Session location
Sessions are currently being held remotely via Zoom.
Scheduling sessions
The number of sessions will be determined by agreement between the coach and the beneficiary, and each session will be booked through the designated link.
Language of presentation of sessions
The center offers sessions in both Arabic and English. It is expected that our clients will be able to communicate in one of these two languages.
Session fees
Fees must be paid after signing the contract/agreement and before booking the first session. The amount of fees varies according to the scope of the session or package, in addition to the type of preparations required before and after the session. Payment in installments is also available for package subscribers.
Late or absent from the session
To save the time of coaches and clients, the waiting period will be 10 minutes and then the beneficiary or coach has the right to leave the session.
What happens to the cancelled session?
If the coach is late, the beneficiary will be compensated with two sessions instead of the cancelled session.
If the beneficiary is late, the session will be cancelled and will not be compensated or the amount for that session will be refunded
Reschedule appointments
You can cancel or reschedule your session without charge up to 24 hours before the original session time. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee will be deducted.
Pulling out
We have not witnessed any withdrawal from our clients since the center was established.
However, withdrawal policies must be put in place to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
You can stop at any time and without justification, only the fees for the sessions attended and the tools or working papers, if any, will be deducted and then the remaining amount will be refunded
