The PCCP Level 2 exists because we believe in the power of coaching and that the world needs deep and impactful coaching professionals. We provide rigorous, ICF-aligned coach training grounded in evidence-based practice, reflective learning, and ethical accountability — equipping graduates to coach with mastery, integrity, and genuine presence.

Program Goals

The PCCP Level 2 is a learner-centered program designed to develop ICF PCC-level coaches. The main goals of the program are:
1. Develop mastery of all 8 ICF Core Competencies at PCC behavioral depth
2. Cultivate ethical reasoning and professional judgment aligned with ICF Code of Ethics
3. Build reflective and supervisory practice habits for lifelong development
4. Prepare participants to apply for the ICF PCC credential upon completion

Each participant is observed a minimum of 10 times by an ICF PCC faculty coach (10 hours total). Written evaluation is provided after each session using the GECC Performance Evaluation Form, aligned to ICF PCC Markers. Recordings are reviewed for self-assessment.

Facilitated group sessions where participants work through challenging coaching scenarios — client resistance, emotional intensity, ethical dilemmas, and cultural dynamics. Builds judgment and flexibility at the PCC level.

Participants coach each other in rotating pairs and small groups across 12 hours of structured practice. Each participant completes a minimum of 12 peer sessions (6 as coach, 6 as coachee).

10 hours of ICF-qualified mentor coaching (7 group + 3 individual sessions) with an ICF PCC or MCC credentialed coach. Counted within the 125 program hours.

Iftikhar Nadeem, MCC
Abdullah Saleh Alghamdi, PCC
Iftikhar is an executive leadership coach and coach trainer. He has conducted Level 2, 3 coach training programs for various coach training institutes in many countries. Iftikhar has supervised several leadership development programs, strategy and governance initiatives, and led several transformations of human resources functions. He has a BS and MS in industrial engineering and a PhD in Leadership Coaching from Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK. He has completed his executive education at both London Business School and INSEAD.
Abdullah is business & leadership coach , coach trainer . accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has conducted many coaching training programs in with an Accredited Coach Training Hours Level 1,2 by International Coaching Federation (ICF) . Abdullah has long experience in leadership where he held several leadership positions , in addition of supporting the development of several successful businesses nationally.

The program is offered online through Zoom platform.

The PCCP Level 2 is delivered exclusively in English. All sessions, materials are in English. Participants must be proficient in English for professional coaching conversations.

The PCCP Level 2 is designed for:
• Experienced coaches seeking the ICF PCC credential
• Level 1 / ACC-credentialed coaches ready to deepen their practice
• Business and executive coaches who want structured PCC-level training
• Coaches in organizations who want to build a coaching culture

This program is for those who are eager to learn and grow and become part of a movement for human transformation for creating a better world. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join.

All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration in a course is dependent upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment by bank transfer. All payment will be in US dollars.

Total program fee is USD 4,999.00 +VAT Students have option to pay the fee in two equal instalments.

Students are entitled to withdraw from the program at any stage of the program. Our fee refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of (7) business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than (3) days before the course are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by GECC. Refunds will be made within 10 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

  • Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least 7 days before the program date. Participants may contact GECC to modify their registration at admin@gec-center.com. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.
