Mentor Coaching Program

Program Description

 as well as its one of the main requirements for ICF accreditation, it will be according to their terms and requirements. It consists of four group mentor coaching sessions totaling seven hours and three individual mentor coaching hours provided over a sufficient period (a minimum of three months) in an environment that allows for listening and feedback from the mentor coach and participating coaches. This helps the participating coach reflect on what they learn and apply it in their coaching sessions. The maximum number of participants allowed in each group session is 10, according to the ICF’s terms and conditions.

Course details
Four Group Mentor Coaching Sessions totaling 7 hours via ZOOM

Deepen your understanding and application of ICF core competencies. In a collaborative and supportive environment, you can observe, participate, learn, receive feedback, and discuss. The core competencies will be explored as follows:

Session 1 (One hour)Foundation, Demonstrates Ethical Practice, Embodies a Coaching Mindset

Session 2 (Two hours) Co-creating the Relationship, Establishes and Maintains Agreements, Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintains Presence

Session 3 (Two hours) Communicating Effectively, Listens Actively, Evokes Awareness

Session 4 (Two hours) Cultivating Learning and Growth, Facilitates Client Growth
