It consists of four group mentor coaching sessions totaling seven hours and three individual mentor coaching hours provided over a sufficient period (a minimum of three months) in an environment that allows for listening and feedback from the mentor coach and participating coaches. The maximum number of participants allowed in each group session is 10, according to the ICF’s terms and conditions.
