Vision

The vision of Professional Coach Certification Program (PCCP) is to develop coaches as well as business leaders by providing coaching skills training as per ICF core competencies so that they could support human transformation and higher organizational performance.

Program Goals

The PCCP is a learner-centered program that is designed to support the development of professional coaches and business leaders. The main goals of the program are as follows:
Support learning and practice of core competencies and skills necessary for a professional coach
Accredited Training Program (Level 1) of International Coach Training (ICF)
Encourage and promote lifelong learning for coaches and business leaders who wants to improve their leadership effectiveness

Observed Coaching (6 observed coaching sessions in group format)

An experienced PCC level coach observes a live coaching session and provides written report to the coaching student at regular intervals throughout the observed coaching journey of six sessions.

Coaching Conversations (3 group meetings by students)

Students meet in smaller groups (usually of 5) for an hour each time to discuss one or more core competencies and share their learnings within the group. Participants designate (in rotation) one of them as a facilitator to moderate the group discussion.

Peer Coaching (10 one-to-one coaching practice sessions by students)

Students coach their peer students in dyadic session for an hour. Each student gets an opportunity to coach five students for total of 10 sessions over the course of 3 months.

My Life History (10 hours of homework)

community, career journey, family, intimate and social relations, health/aging, finance, spiritual awareness, fun & enjoyment, among other aspects of life. It helps them know who they have been and who they are becoming at a deeper level.

Mentor Coaching (7 group sessions, 3 individual sessions)

Mentor coaching is coaching on the coaching. Each student experiences 7 group mentor coaching sessions and 3 individuals mentor coaching sessions by an ICF credentialed coach. During the group mentor coaching sessions students bring their issues while coaching their clients.

In addition to the above, each student submits a 30-minutes recorded (audio) coaching session. The coach will listen to the recording and provide verbal feedback on the proficiency of the core competencies exercised by the student.

Iftikhar Nadeem, MCC

Abdullah Saleh Alghamdi, PCC

Iftikhar is an executive leadership coach and coach trainer. He has conducted ACTP level coach training programs for various coach training institutes in many countries. Iftikhar has supervised several leadership development programs, strategy and governance initiatives, and led several transformations of human resources functions. He has a BS and MS in industrial engineering and a PhD in Leadership Coaching from Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK. He has completed his executive education at both London Business School and INSEAD.

Abdullah is business & leadership coach , coach trainer . accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has conducted many coaching training programs in with an Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) of International Coaching Federation (ICF) . Abdullah has long experience in leadership where he held several leadership positions , in addition of supporting the development of several successful businesses nationally.

The program is offered online through Zoom platform.

Program Language

The entire program is offered in both Arabic\English languages. Participants are expected to be proficient to communicate in announced language .

Intended Participants

Currently, our students are professionals in HR, IT and business administration. In future, it is intended to have higher number of students in each batch.

Requirements students must meet to enter the program

This program is for those who are eager to learn and grow and become part of a movement for human transformation for creating a better world. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join.

Policies on payment of tuition and fees

All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration in a course is dependent upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment by bank transfer. All payment will be in US dollars.

Total program fee is USD 3,600.00 Students have option to pay the fee in two equal instalments.

Policies on withdrawals and refunds

Students are entitled to withdraw from the program at any stage of the program. Our fee refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of (7) business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than (3) days before the course are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by GECC. Refunds will be made within 10 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.
Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least 7 days before the program date. Participants may contact GECC to modify their registration at maha@staging.gec-center.com. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.
