Program withdrawal policy
It never happened that we faced withdrawal from the program, and we do not hope for that in the future. Rather, these policies were put in place to ensure the satisfaction of the subscriber.

Students have the right to withdraw from the Program at any stage of the Program. Refund policy will be as follows:
- The administrative fee of 1,100 Saudi riyals or 10% of training fee will be deducted if the student withdraws at any starting time before training or before receiving educational materials.
- 50% of the total fee is refunded if the student withdraws after receiving the learning materials and before the start of the programme.
- 30% of the total fees will be refunded if the student withdraws after completing 8 direct training hours or less.
No refunds are available after this stage.
